About the Leadership Team
Jerry Hilecher
Jerry Hilecher is an entrepreneur and leader with a proven track record of building, scaling, and exiting companies in the voice technology and managed services space. Formerly ranked number one on the professional racquetball tour in 1981, Jerry brought that same intensity and focus to business, founding a voice technology startup in 1999 that evolved into a successful MSP through three strategic mergers.
His career has been shaped by a deep belief in long-term thinking, structured growth, and values-driven leadership. He has served in multiple nonprofit leadership roles and continues to advise founders who are ready to scale with purpose. Jerry is a father of four and proud grandfather of three.
Charlene Ignacio
Charlene Ignacio is a featured industry expert in the book Profit First for Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and Profit First for Cybersecurity Firms. She is recognized for her real-world experience helping MSPs and cybersecurity professionals scale with purpose and drive revenue.
